Theft?

1. On the 3rd of February 2015 I app**** to extend my temporary residence visa at the VFS office in Rivonia. The application number was TRR***, and I was assisted by Ms. T. Sarudu.<br> <br> 2. The fee for the application was R1850 but I had paid R6070 due to incorrect information via EFT. Therefore I overpaid the application fee.<br> <br> 3. Accordingly, Ms. Sarudu had me complete a refund request form which I gave back to her. She said I would be paid back in 4 weeks.<br> <br> 4. To date, the balance (R4220) has not yet been repaid to me, and I have been waiting 6 months for someone to even get back to me.<br> <br> 5. The VFS sais someone would get back to me within 2 working days. That was in August. To date, I am still waiting for my money. I presume someone stole the money and no-one wants to own up.<br> <br>
