The worst service ever.

I got scheduled appointment with vfs global on 23.03.2015 at 10.30 am. Got there at 10.15 waited in the queue for 3 hours to be told that I need to go to Internet cafe to apply for extra documents online. So I did. It's a worst software ever I had to deal with. When i was ready to click submit button it's shows error message, so I started from the beginning 14!!!!!! times before I could get on submit page. Finally I managed to submit and I couldn't print because there no time and day slots until July 2017? ???? So go back to vfs seeking help. They have called manager named Tash who I waited for almost 2 hours as he was\ on the phone ". My fiancee had a neck virtebrals replacement a week before that"
