The Worst Service Ever
Good Day VFS. I have an appointment for 14.15. Been here in Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa forever, there's absolutely no order here.
What is the purpose of having an appointment system which is completely dysfunctional?
This is not a free service, this is a service we are paying for therefore this kind of abuse is not acceptable.
I was here last year and l thought your service was bad and the service has deteriorated even more!!
I will surely take this up with the Department of Home Affairs, they cannot be paying you for a service which you are clearly struggling to deliver on.
They are calling 11:45 appointments at 14.30, come on guys!!!

Indeed l was contacted by the VFS Rivonia Office manager and she explained to me how they are trying to clear as much as possible before close of year. I did however reiterated to her that they somehow need to make the appointment system work. It's there for a reason.
I do also sympathize with the staff that has to work until such odd hours.
At the end of the day, one can only say thank you for all your efforts, hope next year is a better year for all of us.
