THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE

I would like to dare anyone out there to try and set up an appointment for a Schengen Visa at the Cape Town Office of this totally useless Company! Firstly, you are required to register, and they send you a One Time Pin, only valid for five minutes. This OTP will consistently reach you after it has expired!! Try again, and you will be notified that due to multiple attempts, you can only try again in 24 hours! Has anyone wondered why multiple the multiple attempts?? At least, there is a helpline on the website. Unfortunately, the Cell Phone network tells you this number does not exist! On the Telkom network, you get nothing but an engaged signal! But there is an e-mail address! Four e-mails, no response whatsoever! Enter the Dubai Office after several attempts, assuring me that the problem has been solved! Why am I writing this after two weeks of utter frustration? Try for yourself, and tell me if I am missing something?
