The word service isnt even applicable

Horribly designed website that keeps logging you out, you cannot correct anything later on (therefore voiding the application start over and most importantly pay again too), noone answers the phone, they are quick to take payment even if there is no available time to book. I'd like to say it gets better when you finally speak to someone when you call them but you are just barraged with automated messages... only to be confronted with the last message saying they are on lunch and then you get disconnected..... day 3 still trying.... because i have no choice. Someone explain to me how this is is an improvement over dealing with home affairs directly? I never had issues going to HA in Pretoria plus it was free.
