The most pathetic and inhumane customer service

The most pathetic and inhumane service I have experienced at vfs rivonia. I paid the vfs service fee of R1550 and booked an appointment at 9am. Upon arrival at 15mins before time, I was asked by the official to wait at a parking lot which is across the street. As I'm writing review, it's 13:25 standing under the scorching sun in am unmanaged queue where most frustrated clients are boxing whoever that skipped the queue. Like what the f**k is happening here. This is worst than a free government service. All I can see is people entering with accompanied middleman.
