I would like to thank Douglas Macalagh for his professionalism and the swift assistance he gave me to get my issue resolved. Really really made my day. I pray he continues to show such professionalism and effeciency with everyone.

I would also like to thank Nuveksha, hope l got the spelling correct from their customer service for all her effort in trying to get the issue resolved.
