Terrible service from call agents at VFS Global

I cannot express how frustrated I am, at the service received from VFS global. My family and I app**** for our portuguese visas early may. On Friday 31/5/2024 I finally received an email saying that a decision has been made, and that our visas are in Rivonia for collection. At the time of applying for the visas, I opted for the courier option, to save me the trouble of going all the way back to Rivonia. The cost to courier 3 passports in one delivery was R600, which I found ridiculous, as they charge it as R200 per passport, even though they are coming in one delivery. From Monday 3/6/2024 til today 6/6/2024 I have been trying to get info regarding my consignment that is apparently still in Rivonia. Everytime I call, the agent isnt of help, they either say the system is offline, or that they have to get hold of the Rivonia branch for more info, and get back to me. I have not received one call back from any agent regarding my query. I have emailed *** multiple times, with no response. Im probably going to have to go collect these passports from the Rivonia branch at this rate, and lose my R600 because nobody at VFS is of help.
