Terrible service for days!!!!

I have submitted a refund application for Switzerland service fee on the 22 may 2024 and this was approved over 60 days ago. I have not heard anything and iv been ignored. It seems the managers doesn't seem to know what to do because they keep advising me to do another application which i wont do if this has been approved. Such terrible service. This embassies could do way better. Check Capago and BLS those companies a way more professional and efficient that vfs. I want my money back. Its been 90 days and i am going to write another review to the Switzerland embassy.
