Terrible Service!

This morning I had my Schengen visa appointment at VFS Italy scheduled for 08:15am. I had been waiting from 08:00am and I was no.3 in the queue. I was only assisted at 08:45 and left their premises at 10:20. There was about 5 counters and each counter had a consultant however , only 2 consultants were working while the rest were having a big fat morning catch up chat and some were on their phones.
