Terrible service and delay in issuing out permit

Good day.<br> <br> I app**** for my ZSP permit on the 8th of Nov 2014 and now 4 mnths and 2 wks down the line I still have not got my permit. The process should have been 8 weeks according to the press lease. My bank accounts have been frozen,I can not apply for my 6 mnths old daughter birth certificate , I cant travel or do anything that requires proof of permanent residence. <br> <br> I called VFS center on *** and spoke to mandisa who was on no assistance and promised to have her manager Nadia call me back. Mandisa refused to give me a ref number for my call and said I should just wait for a call. My whole life is on stand by. My bank accounts were frozen and i want VFS to step up and give me my permit!!!!<br> <br> Three of my cousins who also app**** after me have received their permit's in fact this morning my cousin received a call from a *** number he was advised he can collected his permit on the 27th of March. <br> <br> I dont understand why they cause such a delay and why instead of alleviating pressure they actually cause more problems. Please get somebody to contact me with my permit as I need to travel to Zim before the 25th of March.<br> <br> No stories or red tap all I want is my permit
