Terrible service and attitude

I visited the VFS office on 2 December 2015 to request information on renewing my work permit. they rudely directed me to the website and call center - which I had previously called and they directed me to the application centre.<br> <br> your guards and staff at reception are very rude and ignore customers in the middle of a conversation.<br> there is a high service fee however the service received is terrible.<br> <br> I expect someone from management to contact me urgently or I will take it further.<br> <br> I am currently travelling for business - please get someone to e-mail me <br> ***<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
