Terrible service

Honestly would give this place zero stars if it was an option… absolutely shocking service. They don’t guide you whatsoever to your counter points & make you feel stupid for asking where to go. They take about a 3 hour lunch break but get paid for 6 hour day. 100% way worse than home affairs. We have made an appointment but are sitting here 5 hours later. Not efficient at all.
