Terrible customer service at VFS Pretoria office

Kindly assist with this company's customer service. We cannot get appointments to collect visa application outcomes from the Pretoria DHA office vac of VFS. There are no appointments for general submission, customers are manipulated to make use of premium lounge services at an additional cost of R500. Of which most people cannot even afford.

Please help
