Terrible customer service

<p>I was told the transfer of my permit to a new passport can take up to a maximum of 10 weeks, it has been 18 weeks now. I have sent multiple e-mails ********** . all I asked them is for feedback. i know they don't make the final decision but i told them just a "we are working on it " will be fine. it's 8 weeks overdue and VFS refuses to acknowledge my enquiry. Can someone please help me?</p>
