Teriible Service at VFS JHB branch

My dad went to renew his indian passport at the vfs Johannesburg branch. The service there was terrible. There were some errors on the form which needed to be amended, instead of helping him he was told to go to ****arney postnet. There was no need for him to be sent there. The lady who was helping him could have better explained what needed to be done instead of just sending him there. The staff is unhelpful and not respectful at all. Improvements are much needed.
