Terible service from VFS

Have been trying for a Month to get a priority appointment for proof of my permanent residence, paid for a appointment on the 7th Sept. Have been to the Rivonia offices twice for help, they were so unhelpful told me to go to a internet cafe as it was my computer, which I did no luck! Phoned the call center who also told me to try another computer ,told them I had tried a Apple, HP and Dell she then put the phone down. Have emailed VFS 2 Weeks ago still waiting for a reply.
