Submitting permenant residence permit in 2015

<p>Hi I was a student and I just completed my studies. I app**** for a prp in December 2015 through my motherwe have been in South Africa for over 8 years. And my mothers permit came out and now she has an ID. Mine and my sisters havent come out. My sisters permit has expired and has been trying to obtain a new study visa but the payments were not linking to the financial department at VFS and as a result she is only getting an appointment for Wednesday but school starts on Monday she cant register without a new study permit ???? She could register with the permenant residence permit but its not out? So she shouldn't go to school now clearly ??? </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannont secure a job without my permenant residence permit as I am not allowed to study on my soon expiring study permit. Its been well over 12 months now ??? </p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed vfs they said I should wait and its out of their control so what is the essence of paying them an additional 1350 rand if they dont make the process at home affairs easier??? </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am sitting hopeless and jobless.</p> <p> </p>
