Study Visa Renewal application

<p>I totally give up with VFS. I have been applying for my Study permit renewal for 8 Months now and it hasn't been issued yet. Every time I call them, they say they will escalate and I need to call back back after 2 weeks but I've been doing that since last year November but yet nothing has happened.</p> <p>I get mixed information, sometimes they say they don't know exactly where my application is as it's the DHA's responsibilities, the other times they also play shocked when I say I haven't received it yet.</p> <p>And by the way same things happen when I try call DHA.</p> <p>No one is willing to help and they don't understand that everything ny side has been pending since (bank account frozen, study pending, can't go home). I have literally lost 9 months doing nothing and stressing about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every single people I have contacted at the DHA have ignored my email.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's the point of having VFS and online helping?</p>
