Study permit renewal

To whom may it concern. Morning sir/madam, my name is Edma Leslie Tchikaya. On the 12/12/2019 I have app**** to renew my study visa but since then I did not received any feedback from vfs. I went there more than 5 times but they are always saying you have to wait. The most difficult is because I am receiving money from my parents via money gram, but when you do not have a proper visa it is impossible. My ABSA account has been blocked because of the visa. I do not want to leave *******ly while I have already app**** for a visa. Very soon my lease agreement will expire and I need a valid visa to apply for a new one. I am really frustrated by the waiting time which become longer. I wish you can help me to resolve that problem.
