Study permit renewal

To whom it may concern My name is Jessica Agboton, I have app**** for the renewal of my study permit on the 19/08/2019 but since then I have not received any feedback from vfs. Knowing that a study permit takes 4 or 8 weeks to be out I don't know why mine is taking that long. I have tried to contact vfs to know what is happening but nothing satisfactory came out of it. Knowing that I need to leave the country in november because of a health issue and that I might be back only in january, the current visa that I have now would have been expire by then that is why I have app**** for my visa in august to avoid this trouble. I am really frustrated by the all procedure we are in november now and I can't go anywhere cause I am scared that I will not be able to come back and continue with my studies. I wish that this message can be read and that the problem can be resolved. My tracking number is TRR***.
