STUDY PERMIT PENDING FOR ALMOST A YEAR

I app**** for a toddler's permit to a attend a creche in November 2014, rejected and had to appeal in January 2015. That appeal result is still pending.<br> <br> Despite losing out on this year, I thought definitely she will start with others come January 2016. Needless to say, the chances of this are now low as we come to the end of the year.<br> <br> What can one do seeing a life of a toddler being messed up by grown ups like this. VFS / Home Affairs, please just perhaps, or maybe, may do your jobs that we pay you for!!!
