Still waiting on Refund, 5 months and counting

I was applying for a VISA for Netherlands. The Netherlands embassy could not take anymore bookings but advised me to go with the VFS Processing Centre in Rivonia. Unknown to me the centre was not open yet. As instructed by their website and FAQ's I submitted payment of R785.00 into their bank account. The evening before I was due to go for my appointment i received an email from VFS that the Rivonia Centre would not be opening on the date they were suppose to but I could go to the Netherlands Embassy and they would be able to accommodate me. Which was the case and I got an appointment there. However they made me pay for my VISA again as they have nothing to do with VFS. The problem comes in now with the refund of money from VFS. It has been 5 months and no money has been refunded. Brenda Lubisi has been close to useless in following up on this matter. For a large centre such as VFS this service is pathetic!!
