Still waiting on my refund after over 3 months

I have emailed several people that I was told would be able to help with processing my refund, but I have received no response (other than someone asking me to send proof of documentation, which I did on the same day) and this has been going on for months. I submitted my refund request on October 26th, 2015 in person at the Bruma office in Johannesburg and even went back late January to inquire, but still I have not received any information. I observed the 30 working days to process, but this is going on over 3 months. Please assist.
