Still waiting for respond

I was wrote two months ago here, for delaying the information about PRP. Its been 18 months already ,I don't have any information about the status of my PRP.(Except I had message two months ago,from VFS ,that they will escalate the case. Yes, thank you,but how long I need to wait????? ) When I app**** at the office at VFS Glouble, their manager told me that this process will take between 6 months to 1 year. I don't understand why is took so long. I've been 13 years in this country ,my kids are born here, but even they still waiting for PRP. In a three months time my spousal visa will expire and I have to prepared my self for renewing that visa again. That's gonna cost me money ,time , and most horrible to do x-ray, every two years , which for me is ************** ,bad for my health and at least isn't fair ,since i 've been living in SA for 13 years .
