Still waiting for feedback for more than 2 years

<p>We submitted an appeal in 2015 and here we are 2017, still waiting to hear any feedback from VFS. When you call they tell you the same story theyve been telling since 2015 of how Home affairs is experiencing backlog and we should be patient. i called two months ago and i was told the matter will be escalated and i'll get feedback in 3 weeks but still, i just tracked the application and im still getting the same message that it was submitted to DHA in 2015 . </p> <p>When you apply you get informed that it takes 8 to 12 weeks but its been 2 years and no response at all.</p> <p> All we need is a response, nothing else. </p>
