Still waiting

After waiting 1 year and 2 months for an answer from Vfs and Dha for the out come of my work permit, it has taken 3 weeks of emails and I still can't get the people at Vfs to respond and let me know what the out come is , so that I can fly to South Africa to collect it , I have called the call center and emailed at least twice a week for the last 3 weeks !
