still poor delivery

Hi there<br> We are still waiting for help. Nobody has contacted me. She went to Home affairs to get the letter VFS told her to get, was turned away twice and the 3rd time she was told to come back once she received a call. I cannot believe that it I so difficult to get anything to happen. While we are aware rules change, there is no need to treat people badly with bad service.
