Still no Visa renewal feedback after 7 months - was told 8 weeks!

Submitted a visa renewal 2nd March 2021 - still pending and no proper feedback. Was told by "Refilwe" and many others that VFS cannot escalate then why do we use your services in the first place. If there is an error in application how do we correct it. My life is on a hold right now. Please provide the right contact person or number so that we can escalate our OWN applications if you guys cant do anything but just submit. The lovely Refilwe also hung up on my wife when she asked for contact information.
