Still no refund

<p>On 28 June 2016 I incorrectly made an EFT for my visa fees. At VFS Pretoria offices, I filled in the form for the refund to be made. I was assured that the refund would be done in 2-3 weeks from 28 June 2016.</p> <p>On my enquiry on 25 July 2016, I received the refund form again pointing out the time frame was 30 days (calendar not business days).</p> <p>That being accepted, I have not received the refund as at 3 August 2016, being 5 days after the date per the forms. I have sent several e-mails to which I receive the respnse that the matter has been escalated.</p> <p>I do not find this acceptable - both in the 30 days to wait for the refund (as I got my visa 7 days after processing) or the delay after the 30 days.</p>
