STILL No feedback from VFS!

I have been following up on the status of my application for over 6 months and despite numerous conversations and emails, I still have not received a clear update on the status of my PR application. The only forum which seems to get a response is Hello Peter, so once again I have to resort to a public channel in order to get any feedback from the company. I escalated the issue with VFS and Letitia Matthews communicated that feedback would be received in 3-4 weeks. It has been almost 2 months with no feedback or response on the outcome. Very unacceptable service and frustrating that there is no one able to provide a clear update.
