STILL NO FEEDBACK

VFS GLOBAL is one terrible places in brooklyn to assist when going abroad. Me,my sister and mom went there on the 25-07-2018 and app**** for a schengen visa to go to Portugal. We had all the relevant documents on the required form but was only later informed that we need 3 months bank statements as well that you guys do not even take cash payments. We went running around that morning to get all the info and documents that the agent was looking for. We are flying on the 12-08-2018 (this sunday) and still we do not have any feedback regarding me and my sisters visa's.my mom got feedback to say that the visa has been denied, but we havent heard anything as yet.. Everytime we phone everyone tells us to wait.. Do you guys know the stress we have to go through to know if we are going to get accepted or not???? Why doesn't anyone wants to help us? We pay a lot of money for the visa's and we also pay extra admin fees in order for VFS Global to do their jobs? Can someone just help us ASAP?
