STILL no answer!!

Below 2 previous posts... Still no response!<br> <br> Below is my initial post. A lady did contact me and promised an update from DHA. Still nothing! Can somebody please respond asap!<br> <br> <br> I app**** for renewal of my TRP end of October 2014. <br> <br> During the 'quality' check of my documents the lady asked if I had a SA Police clearance to this I answered no do I need one? She said no and I proceeded with my application and paid the fee R1350<br> <br> I November my TRP was rejected due to - A missing SA police clearance!!!<br> <br> I obtained a PC and appealed the rejection end of January (8 weeks wait for the PC from SAPS!)<br> <br> I am now waiting for the outcome and nobody can tell me where my application is?<br> <br> Somebody please reply how on earth can your 'quality' control staff send my application through the first time incomplete telling me I don't need a SA police clearance? and how can I find out how long I still have to wait for my appeal decision? This delay is down to VFS <br> <br> If your staff had not sent through my incomplete application I would have had my visa by now!!!
