Still awaiting refund from VFS

I've been trying frantically to apply for resident permits for both my son and husband and then got wind of VFS who according to Home Affairs is supposed to assist in the matter needless to say all VFS could tell me was that they could not help this after I had already made payment. Now I've been waiting for my refund of R1350 no one can tell me what's happened to it and I app**** to have it returned on 29 June I'm greatly dissatisfied with the service and the company's inability to even make the effort to help and more so that they insist on deposited payment but cannot be as prompt in refunding payment when they are clearly unable to assist one in receiving a visa. And then I don't even want to talk about the useless call centre. I sincerely hope that VFS could inform me why my refund has gone missing because clearly this is blatant theft.
