*****ing people's money!!!!!

VFS Global Refund department is absolutely ridiculous. We've waited the suggested period of 30 days for the refund to be processed. After 30 days, still nothing. Phoned them and they asked again for the refund request papers to be sent (this was on 25/04/2018). We sent it and phoned again, just to be redirected to a new consultant asking for the same thing over and over again. We've probably sent the same forms 20 times now to different consultants and still nothing. They ***** from innocent people trying to better their lives and are of no help whatsoever.

One moment they assure you that they did receive your emails and the next they know nothing and haven't received anything. This is starting to get absolutely ridiculous.

REFUND THE MONEY ALREADY!!!!
