Stay away from vfs global

Worst company ever, this is my first experience with them. I app**** for my visa more than a month ago, and to this day I cannot get any information on my passport and where it is. The helpline is useless and they don't response to email. I will have to make a trip physically to the office now. I have now filed a complaint with the embassy. Please don't reply to my review about emailing you guys, check your email and twitter 24 nothing service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
