Staff dont know what they are talking about...

My partner and i was assisnged two diffrent time slots to go hand in our applications. We travel about 6 times a year and this was the 1st time that we had to do with Netherlands VFS. To start off, they sit behind there monitors chatting and talking and on there phones ect..... for about 20 mins between applications, when i asked the lady why do you take so long between ppl, i was told they have to take 15 min breaks between applications.... i had a look at the ohter desks for the other countries and they were taking one after the other. My partners papers was declined as there was missing stuff that the guy over the counter coulnd not explain what was missing. Now you must know, our papers are the same info on both. so i went for mine, the lady that helped me was not a very bright spark and i to again and again show her the documents, i even put in order for her where she messes it up and hands it back to me to put it back in order. She then starts asking for stuff not stipulated in the application form, example 2 photos , where only one is asked on the form, copies of previous shengan visas, again the form only asks for the dates of your last issued shegan visa. Why is your form not in more detial regarding these stuff, why does this feel like it's gong to be a battle??? I've never had such bad experiance in my life before at a VFS branch.
