Spousal visa application refund

I have been been waiting for over 5 months to receive a refund from vfs global the bruma branch. I have been dealing with their branch manager Zakithi. I have provided all the proof of payment, to prove that I had made a credit card payment for my wife's. Iam glad we were able to travel to my wife's country to renew her visa from there at the end. Now have had to wait for my reimbur*****t for the services not rendered by vfs global since the 19 May 2017. Delay after delay, emails ignored. Will have to take the matters to the lawyers. Its not that I even need the money at all. Its negligible but that is not the point we leave or ought to leave in a country governed by laws.
