Spousal Permit Delay - Breach of human rights

My fiance has been waiting for the outcome of his new spousal visa which he had before but since the changes to the VISA process we had to apply for an entire new VISA in order to have his new employer listed. This issue has been going on since November due to lack of help and proper service from VFS and the process in general. You have to pay a whopping fee of R1350 for no service as opposed to the free service we had with home affairs before. Since the result of the VISA is way overdue which prevents my spouse from working legally, we contacted VFS to follow up only to be given generic responses and being told that the timeframe is up to home affairs at this stage. We've NEVER ever waited this long. So I feel this service is a money making scheme!!! They are playing games with peoples lives. I'm ill with Graves Disease and currently I am overworking due to being the sole provider at this stage and we have nowhere to turn to for help which is a breach of our Human Rights I feel. At this stage I have no choice but to turn to a legal route and have my voice and story heard through the media. I refuse to allow incompetence to dictate our lives and I am sick of it!
