SMS service paid for but not honored

I booked, paid and selected SMS as an additional so I can be informed on the progress of my visa application. My appointment was on 25 February at the Brooklyn VFS Global office. But since then I have never received any SMS to inform me on what stage my application is at. I would expect that if I had not paid for that service but I did and expect VFS Global to honor that. It has been over 20 days and still no SMS delivered by VFS, which is disappointing and I feel ******
