Slow and Delay in service

i Have been trying to book a date with VFS since Friday last week and there are no Dates available i called the call center and they said its fully booked until April .VFS promised to be efficient and faster but i wonder were the efficiency and speed of service is considering how much you are charging and you you advise that you can only get an appointment 5 months from date of application it therefore means home affairs was faster and cheaper.
