Shocking service to say the least!

Absolutely shocking service. Worse situation than what you experience at most traffic departments. Paid R500 extra PER PERSON for their supposed premiere lounge booking (this means you wait in a separate upscale lounge area and skip long ques to insure meetings are on time) WELL………we had to wait in normal que for 50 minutes and then sit on the floor in the so-called “premiere” lounge! Absolutely pathetic- they are an embarrassment to all the countries they represent!!!!
