Shocking service... Biometrics GONE MISSING!!!

SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL and unable to reach them since!!!

I had my biometrics done in Durban on 25/01/21.

These biometrics have never been added to my Australian visa apication.

I am trying to finalise my visa but without the biometrics I am unable to proceed.

Please advise how this can be rectified.

I am desperately waiting for the visa!
