Shocking service!!!!

Pathetic company. Overcharged us for visas. Now it is not possible to get refunded despite the fact that we have completed refund forms. Two months later apparently the only person that can release money is in hospital. God forbid he passes does this mean he is the alpha and omega of VfS. Surely a large business like this can work more effeciently to ensure customers are handled better, I am shocked that such a global enterprise are so useless. Just give me back my money because if the roles were reversed you would be hounding me.
