Security knowledge VFS Cape Town. Long street.
Wish the security will learn to help people correctly. Arrived at about 10 in the morning and me and my son was 4 and 5th in the line. We was let in and asked where we must go for collections. Was chased out and was told to go to the end of the line which has grown to about 25 people already by then. When we was inside again, after about 20 minutes, again asked where we must go for collections. This time another security told us to go to the 7th floor. Arriving there, after waiting another 15 mins, was told to go to the 8th floor. When eventually inside, nobody told us where to wait. The officials behind the counter are very helpfull, but can't say the same for the security. Standing around, trying to look very important, but not very helpfull. Got all the info where to go from the VFS officials and not from the security who are supposed to direct people where to go. Could have been in and out in about 20 - 25 mins, but waisted an hour 10 mins instead.
