Schengen countries should ditch using VFS!!!

I’m supposed to travel to the Netherlands tomorrow but nothing from VFS yet! I app**** for my visa on the 17th of May and the last message I received was that my application is under process. I called VFS to check if I’d get my passport soon but it seems like the consultants are also clueless. Last year I app**** around the same time and got my passport back in less than a week. I guess things have changed.
