"Schedule appointment" not working and they wont help at all

I have made an online application with VFS for an extended tourist visa. I filled in the form and paid the fees but their website wont allow me to schedule an appointment. I have called the helpline and no help. I have emailed the helpline and no help at all. It's been a week already since I paid and I am running out of time. Please help. I need to make an appointment as soon as possible. Thank you
