Rip-Off costs from VFS

I app**** for a Netherlands visa throught the VFS office in Cape Town. I am totally gobsmacked at the prices they charge. Apart from the extremely high visa charge, they add R25 for an SMS, mandatory courier to return your passport via Fedex of R180 and R100 Covid fee! I have no problem with a company making a profit, but this a rip-off. There is no other way to say it. The directors should be ashmaed of themselves for blantant ******ion and I hope the countries linked to them read this. This is an organisation with with no shame to making exorbitant profits for a basic service. I will be writing to the Netherlands embassy with the same complaint. The problem here is there is no competition! Mark me down as disgusted!
