Refuse to pay refund after 4 months

I have been on this case now for 4 months and your company has refused to pay my refund. I have tried different sources to resolve this but got no response from your company. THIS IS MY SECOND REPORT ON HELLOPETER AND YET NO HELP RENDERED TO ME<br> <br> I truly feel the only way out of this is exposure for company to the media on how people like me are been de*****ed by your company.
