Refunds
I renewed my permit in April, on the day of submission I was told that I have filled in a wrong, I went back, did a new booking and lodged a refund on the one that was wrong, that was in April 2022. I have been calling the helpline till today asking about my response with no concrete feedback. I have been following up on emails still with no feedback. It was said that I should receive my refund within 20 days but it’s now over 6 months still waiting for my refund. I am so disappointed cz even the call Center can give us answers.

They actually called for the first time in 6 months.
Now apparently my documents are incomplete and i stand a chance of 850 fee deducted from the initial refund.
Well it is what is it, have they deducted this amount before my complaint, I was going to understand.
